回顾一年来的工作有成绩也有不足，但更多的是收获，这一年在上级团委和校党政领导的支持、关心下，开展了一些团的基础工作，还带领全体团员青年开展多种寓教于乐的活动和政治思想教育，引导广大青年学生立志成才，争做跨世纪有用人才。团委书记述职报告现将一年的学习、工作述职如下：

2、作为团委干部，更应具有良好的政治理论素质，在任职期间，能重视学习，加强学习，带领全体团委委员始终将政治学习作为日常工作的一部分，经常学习党和国家领导人的重要讲话、时事政治和相关理论，并进行深入探讨。团委书记述职报告经过一年的努力，自己和团委干部的政治理论水平都有了明显的提高，从而更坚定了共-产主义信念。
